Welcome to our September newsletter. After a very fun-filled summer, our boys are back to school and we are looking forward to the changing seasons ahead. For the last 12 months in North Valley (Ketchum, North Ketchum and Sun Valley) single family residence median sold price per square foot was $1,180 while the 12 months prior to that (8/30/21-8/30/22) was $964, a 22% increase. As for Hailey, single family residence sold price per square foot us up 1.1% YOY from $444 to $449. The number of closed single family homes is down 42% in both Hailey and Ketchum YOY. Definitely staying interesting out there! Hope to see you on the trails this fall.
